PureGravel and IRC are 5-Star Plus!

I’ve run IRC tires for several years now and they have never let me down. I run the Boken Plus normally but opted to run straight Boken for Unbound 2024. The tires mounted perfectly and sealed without ever adding more air. The tires have just the right amount of bite for loose and dry and haven’t bogged down with mud. They spin up quick and feel great - smooth and fast. I’ve run IRC on road and gravel from 28mm - 47mm and would be hard to convince there’s a better tire. Well worth adding to any bike.

And PureGravel? They have ALWAYS gone out of their way to get orders right and shipped fast! Honestly, if I need to buy something I check to see if I can get it from PureGravel before I buy anywhere else. Thank you guys for being straight up awesome!

Best Gravel Tire

Probably the best gravel road tire. The file tread has low rolling resistance and you can tell because of a lack of rooster tail of dirt from the back tire. Your friends will want to ride with you because they don't get sprayed by dirt. The 40c version is primo for gravel. Bigger volume means less pinch flats. The side blocks are crucial for turning and when you get a little sideways. This is the best tire for gravel.

Best tires out there!

These are more than just for SoCal sand. I took these up to Nor Cal and raced the Old Growth Classic. Used the 36's and not a single flat and held up ripping on the loose and rocky corners. I will use these same tires for Grinduro. I had total confidence leaning them over and having those knobby sides engage. The gumminess held up even when standing on a steep climb with loose sand. I ran them at about 50psi. Do yourself a favor and get these now.

Love the Bokens

After 350 miles of some serious flint rock gravel. These tires did not fail me. I call them the "snow plow" of tires. I will not run any other tires for gravel.
