UPDATE: The 2020 event has been scheduled for Sept 12. The same day as Dirty Kanza 2020.
The Grinduro series features events in Scotland, Canada, and Japan, but it is the California event we are concerned with here. Grinduro has a format taken from Enduro mountain bike races. The course is approximately 60 miles long, but only 4 short sections are timed. The California edition had almost 1000 takers in 2019.
