New Dates for Belgian Waffle Ride!

The Belgian Waffle Ride has announced new dates… and a new event!

San Diego, California: July 18
Asheville, North Carolina: August 21
Cedar City, Utah: September 25
Lawrence, KS: October 31

 

That’s a waffle every month for 4 months. We had better stay in shape! 

The first three events make up the Tripel Crown of Gravel, which has its own prize purse. Riders who complete all four events will be honored with a special prize for completing the "Belgian Quadrupel.”

Other tidbits from the press release:

  • The Kansas course is 111 miles, 8000 ft, and 72% off-road.
  • The North Carolina course is 144 miles and 12000 ft.
  • The Utah course is 128 miles and 80% off-road.
  • The California course is 135 miles.
  • The big event in California has a new larger venue and will include a mixed-surface crit on friday, and live music.
  • The North Carolina start/finish/expo will be at a 1400 acre bike park called Ride Kanuga.
  • Each event will have three distances: Waffle, Wafer, and Wanna.
